Our Youth Job Readiness Program is designed to help young people develop the practical skills, confidence, and workplace readiness needed to prepare for employment and future career opportunities. This program equips youth with essential tools in communication, teamwork, professionalism, resume building, interview preparation, and workplace expectations.
Through interactive workshops, guided discussions, and hands-on activities, participants learn how to build strong workplace habits, improve their communication skills, prepare for job interviews, and confidently navigate the job search process. The program encourages youth to develop responsibility, leadership, and the confidence needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
