Next Gen Women Rise is a leadership and empowerment initiative of Inspire & Empower Canada Network (IECN) dedicated to helping girls and young women discover their strengths, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and create positive change in their communities.
Through mentorship, personal development, leadership training, entrepreneurship education, and community engagement, participants are equipped with the tools they need to thrive academically, professionally, and personally
