Our Youth Nutrition, Wellness & Life Skills Program is designed to help youth and young adults develop healthy lifestyle habits, improve food and wellness awareness, and build practical life skills that support long-term personal growth and well-being. This program combines nutrition education, wellness support, confidence building, leadership development, and life skills training in a supportive and engaging environment.
Through interactive workshops, guided discussions, practical activities, and community engagement opportunities, participants learn the importance of healthy eating, emotional wellness, self-care, teamwork, leadership, and everyday life management skills. The program encourages youth to make positive lifestyle choices while strengthening confidence, resilience, and community connection.
