Grassroots Youth Support, Leadership & Community Outreach
Our Youth Community Initiatives support young people and grassroots youth groups through mentorship, leadership development, life coaching, education support, employment readiness, community outreach, and poverty-prevention initiatives.
We are committed to creating safe, supportive, and empowering spaces where youth can build confidence, strengthen their voice, develop practical life and leadership skills, and connect with positive mentors and community resources.
Through youth-led and youth-informed programming, we support young people, newcomer youth, racialized youth, young women, and youth facing barriers to opportunity, employment, education, and economic stability.
NextGen Women Rise Youth Collective is an emerging youth-led grassroots initiative supported by Inspire & Empower Canada Network Inc. The collective is being developed by young women in Durham Region who are passionate about empowering other young women and youth through leadership, employment readiness, mentorship, digital skills, entrepreneurship basics, confidence-building, and community connection.
