FOOD & FAMILY SUPPORT

Helping Families Through Practical Support

Food is one of life’s necessities, yet individuals and families can experience periods when meeting everyday needs becomes difficult.

Through IECN Gives Back™, we mobilize community support to help respond to food insecurity and other practical needs affecting individuals and families.

We believe support should be offered with respect, dignity and compassion.

How We May Help

Food & Family Support initiatives may include:

  • Community food drives
  • Non-perishable food collections
  • Grocery gift cards
  • Family food hampers
  • Holiday food campaigns
  • Essential household items
  • Hygiene products
  • Children’s necessities
  • Baby supplies
  • Winter essentials

Community Food Drives

IECN may work with businesses, workplaces, community groups and supporters to collect food and essential items for community distribution or selected organizations.

Supporting the Whole Family

Families may need more than food.

Where appropriate, IECN Gives Back™ initiatives may also collect toiletries, diapers, school supplies, household necessities, children’s items and other requested essentials.

Businesses Can Help

Businesses can sponsor family hampers, contribute grocery gift cards, donate products, organize employee food drives, provide transportation or logistics, or engage employees in packing and community-service activities.

Give What You Can

One bag of groceries. One gift card. One family hamper. One volunteer.

Every contribution can be part of something bigger.
